You told me the truth

Unseen unspoken,

I knew the hearts within us shattered long back

But hoping doesn’t take deep dives.

Walking on the same paths never led us to the same corner

Togetherness was mere a grief

The question of fading love was still unanswered

The scar of knowing you was still unsaid

Somewhere the darkness became dense

Still the light penetrated

Wind swayed us along

Below the waves, above the sky,

But the heart was still un-sided

Some answers were still disclosed

Her last breath was sourcing

Among the loneliest crowd.
